« on: Wednesday 24 February 10 20:42 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

Looking for any info on John Thomas Langdon, born 07/12/1878, St. Teath, Cornwall, UK.

He and his wife Clarice (nee Honey) migrated to the USA with their 2 children, Hilda Beatrice Langdon and Clarice Langdon around 1906 - 1909.
A son, John Thomas Langdon was born on 02/06/1909 at Pen Argyl, Northampton, Pennsylvania, USA.

John Thomas Langdon (father) died -was killed in early - mid 1910 in Pennsylvania.

His widow, Clarice, then returned to Cornwall, UK with the 3 children, where another child, Samuel Russell John Langdon was born on 30/11/1910.

Any info into his life and the circumstances or place of the death John Thomas Langdon would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Stratford.

Hi - he was a "Slate Quarryman" in 1910 Pen Argyl on the census taken 23 April, so death was after that.  Good possibility that he was killed on the job, but I don't have access to newspapers.

Let me know email in PM if you want census copy...
