I have the WALSH & BRENNAN tree and I have recently been to Tubbercurry. My great grandparents were Bridget Brennan & Matthew Walsh. Would be happy to hear from anyone related.  Catherine Walsh Noll

Welcome to RootsChat  :)

My ggf James b.1855,gggf Luke b.1822. Do you know if James was the brother of Bridget who married Matthew Walsh?

Here's the marriage in 1872-

Bridget Brennan living in Rue (like Mathew Walsh). Bridget's father was Patrick, a farmer.
Rue AKA Rhue.

Patrick senior's widow, Margaret Brennan stated that Patrick died in Sept 1923 on her US Naturalisation application.

Patrick Walsh died on 20th August 1922 at Rue. It was registered by his widow on 7th March 1923.
