Searching 1911 census for 'Noctor' shows 181 entries- lots in Co. Dublin but also some in Co. Wexford, etc.-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search

Also lots of Noctors in Co. Wexford listed in LDS records (IGI, etc.)- www.familysearch.org
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Not looking too good on church records, but you might just be lucky.

The NLI site http://www.nli.ie/en/parish-register.aspx shows Gorey baptisms available on microfilm P.4256 for 1845 - 1880 and marriages from 1845 1880 with a gap in 1847. Might be worth checking with your nearest LDS facility if you're not in Ireland.

Not sure if earlier records are available in Gorey. Someone with better local knowledge may be able to advise.
