Jane TREASURE was baptised 25th December 1812 at Stoke Lane by her parents Levi & Bettey TREASURE.

On the 8th Dec 1833 she married Robert EMERY at Stoke Lane witnessed by Elizabeth TREASURE & Edward GREEN.

They had children Matthew Charles 1834-1878, James 1835-1836, Eliza Elizabeth 1837-1927 & Anne 1840-1841.

On the 9th July 1838 she was convicted of robbery with violence and sentenced to 2 months imprisonment.

In 1841 she is living at Frog Lane, Stoke Lane with children Matthew & Eliza. Husband Robert had been transported to Tasmania along with her brother John.

She had a child Emma Sarah in 1843 at Stoke Lane.

In 1851 she is living at Witheybrook, Stoke Lane working as a Coal Carrier. Daughters Eliza and Emma are with her.

On the 5th Mar 1855 she arrived in Adelaide aboard the "Flora Kerr" with daughter Eliza. She travelled with brother John, his wife and her family.

On the 14th Dec 1855 she married Joseph JACKSON at the Trinity Church, Adelaide.

On the 12th Jul 1865 she married John PARKER at Etteridges Eating House, Port Lincoln.

On the 20th May 1871 she was admitted to the Adelaide Lunatic Asylum suffering from dermentia.

She died on 22nd May 1892 at the Parkside Hospital, Adelaide and is buried at the West Terrace Cemetery, Adelaide.
