Perhaps a hopeless tak

Hi all.

have this scan from one of those old positive things from the seaside, looks like a negative but is pos  thespotting is because of the detereoration of the metal plate, an of course bad storage.

Can anything be done with this ?

thank you so much friends.  It is more than I could have hoped for.   the work on the badly damaged face of the little girl is wonderful.
