Can you give my husband back his colour

This is one of the best pictures I have of my husband.It was taken about three months before he died. I would like to enlarge it and frame it but the colour has faded. Can anyone do anything with it.

Hi jim1  that is great but he had fair hair, the dark hair does'nt look quite right.
