hi i am  looking for any information on one of my relatives
 
john daniels dob 1808 born broad green liverpool
             married no date
mary mccloyster dob 1807 born could be prescot .but they lived in prescot

Unless they wed after aged 30 then you'll be looking at parish entries.

Who, when & where were their kids?

The only census I can see which vaguely matches has him about 10 years younger than you give.
What reference/family unit are you looking at EXACTLY?

PM confirms that the 1861 is the same as the one above.

1851 and 1841 refs imply that a marriage took place before civil registration, probably in Prescot.
