Hi gadget,
im not sure if you still have access to the Football League Players' Records. Im looking for any info on my G.Grandfather, JAMES TILDESLEY. I know that he was born in 1881 in Halesowen. He played for Newcastle united, Middlesbrough and Leeds. Any info you could give me would be great.

What other information do you require ??

Can I suggest you contact each individual club, most have a historian/archivist, who should be able to assist with further information and photographs

Kind regards

Simon

PS.  My wife has a load of Halesowen Tildesleys in her tree
