Thanks to all replies.

I did contact the record office from  the county from where the will was made first and they mentioned contacting the Latter Day Saints I did tell them the approximate year the will was made.  I think Andy had the answer to my particular question, the will was in the early 1900s, so the Latter Day Saints may not hold it.

After 1858 wills were probated nationally. Before 1858 it can be complicated. There were so many courts to choose from.

Should be easy enough to find, if you have an approx date of death and name of the person.
If you havent got the death date, then post the name and what you know about them (approx birthdate, place and timeof death) and we can look - or you can look yourself on FreeBMD!
