thank you there are a few close matches with the information I have from the census etc, Charles and Mary were married at Slawston, my gran,Lucilla was born 1884 in Hallaton, I have her birth certificate., which is how I worked back to Charlse and Mary.Did you actually go to look at the parish records to find all this out, I would like to bt don't know where to start really, I have found out the Hallaton records are kept at Market Harborough library so I suppose that would be somewhere to begin.

I transcribed most of the information from the bishops transcripts on film at our local LDS and then I checked many sections which were difficult to read against the parish register fiche at Wigston record office several years ago.  I don't live in the area so visits are very few and far between.

Was hoping you could find Moore's on the spreadsheet, particularly Hannah and William. All their children are born in Hallaton and William is buried there poss 1871.

Hi,

Could you kindly look up a marriage for Thomas KEMPIN & Ann NEAL in the Hallaton Parish Records (possibly around 1822?).  Thomas was born 1803? in East Norton.
Their children were William b. 1824, George b. 1826, Neal b. 1829, Mary Ann b. 1831, Sophia b. 1833 & Thomas b. 1835 in Hallaton.
