Looking up birth certificate for Edward Rutter

Hi,
       this may be a tall request, but I am wondering if anyone would be willing to look us a birth certificate for Edward Rutter, born Aug. 13, 1865 in Lincolnshire.  I don't know the names of his parents.
        However in 1908 he married the former Mathilda Severson in North Dakota.  To this union were born 2 sons, William and Franklin, my father.
       Franklin was writing to his relatives in England until the death of my grandfather, Edward, in 1952.
      I would like to start writing to some of my relatives there.
