Marriage certificate should list her parents' names and with that information you can search in 1901, etc. census.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

hi gilbert, had a few spare scotlands people credits so i looked up marraige cert for you, george robertson  and elizabeth campbell were married 4th june 1906 at 53 george iv bridge edinburgh,by declaration in presence of george (looks like waugh)plumber, and jane waugh,housekeeper,george robertson printer compositer (widower) age 42, 6 exchange street jedburgh, father james robertson (house painter)deceased,mother mary robertson ms elliot deceased,elizabeth campbell,47, 18 high street jedburgh, (widow) sick nurse ,father george middlemas,farmer, deceased,mother isabella middlemas,ms rutherford ,deceased.   eva.
mcgilp & pringle,kilbride ,bute                                                 
mackie,fife .                                                                 
brabender& pringle,glasgow.edward biggar,peebles                                                 
pringle&brown,& aitken,glasgow ,                                                           
wight,east lothian & borders.little,lothian.
