Isabella Jane Perston b Largs When?

This lady was my great grandfather's 3rd wife. She arrived in NZ  14 Dec 1881 aboard City of New York - from where? She died in 1926 in Auckland NZ, and in her will I found that she had 2 cousins living in NZ - Mary Eliza Perston b 1871 NZ and Charlotte Maria Amy Perston b 1876 NZ. These ladies were the daughters of Henry John Perston and his 2nd wife (whose name I don't know yet)
Henry John Perston was a son of Robert Morris Perston b bef 2 Feb 1842, Largs Ayrshire, d 21 Feb 1878 in NZ.

So...........Robert Perston must have had a brother who would have been Isabella's father. I have tried family search for Isabella's birth but the nearest is Ocella Jane Isabella Perston b bef 22 May 1845 Largs, which would make her about the right age, but I wonder about the Ocella part of the name - in NZ she is only known as Isabella Jane.
Any Ideas?

You have probably resolved this yourself years ago but in case not:
1. Mary Eliza and Charlotte Maria Amy were sisters of Henry John and daughters of Robert Morris PERSTON.
    All 3 children were born in New Zealand.
2. Isabella Jane was a first cousin of Robert Morris. She was born in Glasgow.
3. Ocella Isabella Jane was a sister of Robert Morris.
