Hi
Sorry nothing to do with your postin the dorset area, but I noticed you have the name Treddle in your surname interests from Warwickshire. My wife has some on her tree. Is it possible to get back to me.

Regards  J T

Hi,

Perhaps a letter to the local paper (Bournemouth Echo) might find someone who knew the family.
