If you are still searching this, please get in touch with me.  I am also a descendent of Elizabeth's and have a lot on her.  She did marry Joseph and ended up in Collingwood, Victoria.  I am from Thomas, who are you from?

Hello. Many thanks for your reply.

I am still researching Elizabeth but thought I had exhausted all avenues.

Last information I had was from a lovely family in Australia who very kindly sent me some pictures and info.the family lived in Melbourne and were able to tell me where Elizabeth is buried. This lady also said she was from Thomas so maybe you have the same info. allready.

I am from Elizabeth's Brother George.

I have never been able to trace any children from Elizabeth's marriage, but I do have copies of some sketchy records relating to her trial and subsequent deportation. plus her time in Tasmania.

Lovely to get a reply after all this time and I am very happy to meet you.

Kind regards Carol

It might have been me - Keryn???  What were the photos of?  I am now researching Elizabeth to be included in a book on female convicts in 2013, so very excited!  My email address is:  * - it has changed since the last time I probably contacted you if it was me.  I'd love tp know what you've got and more on George.  Where are you?
cheers,
Keryn.

Hi All, it is nearly 10 years since any updates here on this issue of Elizabeth Studham. I am her 2nd Great Grand Nephew she is my 2nd Great Grand Aunt our common ancestor is George. I have managed to trace the family all the way back to Richard Studham who died in 1595, they mostly lived around Monkton, Canterbury in Kent. There seems to be a cluster of Studhams in Durham area but I have found no connection yet. It would be really nice to chat with anyone related to Elizabeth to pool information.

I found that lots of Elizabeths relations (brothers) moved to Australia. John and wife Sarah with his whole family 7 daughters . One brother moved to Tasmania, I wonder if that was to be close to his older sister?
