Ann MIDDLEDITCH? dob Suffolk ?

Can anyone give me any information on the above person please.  The information I have is she married a William Taylor (born about 1763 Suffolk) married 1787 Lidgate, Suffolk, they had 3 children Mary Ann born about 1788 Lidgate, William born about 1791 Sudbury, and Sarah born about 1794 Lidgate. 

I dont know of her parents or William Taylor's parents.

I have looked on the IGI.

Any help would be much appreciated.
