This is the Henry that married Mary Ann Tingle but we haven't connected him to your gggrandfather yet who's name we don't know. :)
Is this your Tews in 1851? HO107/2078/139/5
John head 38 railway lab. b Leire Leicestershire
Elizabeth wife 33 born Bedworth Warwickshire
Eliza 10 b Leire
Henry 8 born Folesworth Warwickshire
Thomas 6 b Snitterfield? Warwickshire
Ellen 2
Harriet 1 both b Snitterfield.

I think this could be the birth reg for the Henry above. Henry Tew  Hinckley March 1/4 1844

1861. Ellen and Harriet are in the household of James booth a farmer.

John and Elizabeth have a son George 25 at home born Bedworth
plus Frederick 8
and Comfort 1 both born Leire
RG09/2246/41/8

I can't find Eliza, Henry or Thomas.

Yes that is the correct family.   You will find that Henry Tew was transcribed as "Tow" in 1861, living with the Johnson family in Evington.  The name is a curse for different spelling from Tew, Jew, Chew, Toe, Tow, Lew.
Eliza was married but died soon after this census.  Unknown what happened to Thomas, only one reference of a Thomas marrying a Annie?  Sep qtr 1861 Leicester.

Having looked through all the censuses again the only other contender around the right age and born Warwickshire is William Henry married to Charlotte nee Orme but I think it may be time to order the certificate for Henry and
Mary Ann Sparkes. :)

Hi, I have the Tew’s in my family tree (husbands)
I found that Tom Tew married Annie (Fairbrother) and they moved to New Zealand. He also had children with her sister Edith when they lived in Leicester. That’s where my family lineage comes from.
