Wandsworth district is in Greater London, and some distance from Liverpool - but if you think these are possibilities then the best way to check the details of the parents is to order one of the certs from GRO UK.

there's a likely marriage for an Alice Dignum and a Tom Taylor in Wandsworth in 1915 - so doesn't fit that other Alice in Liverpool

  Quarter/Year : Jun 1915
  Registration District : Wandsworth
  Volume : 1d / Page : 1386
  Alice Dignum
  Tom Taylor

You really will need to order some certificates but none of those are for a 1915 birth you earlier said existed.

FreeBMD has a marriage for the likely parents of those children: Alice Dignum & Tom Taylor Wandsworth registration district Apr./June 1915 volume 1d page 1386. It might be better to order this certificate first to see Alice's details (father's name and occupation especially) to see if this is the correct Alice. However, the marriage is well after the 1911 census.

If she married twice? A second marriage would have been recorded with her surname (i.e. that of her second husband) not her maiden name.
