It's your decision which one to send for, or you could first send for his marriage certificate from the local RO to give more information such as age, address, father's name and occupation.

By the way, any links to the Blease family of Marston Hall near Northwich, and the Marston salt mine?

Found a death notice in Liverpool Journal 27th Jan 1849:
10th inst, Mary aged 61, wife of Thomas OWEN of Pickmere only dau the late John BLEASE Marston Hall nr Northwich

Im just confused with the death thing saying dies in 1909 aged 56

so the marriage certificate would give the fathers name and then if its right we could match it up to the 1851 census right?

what do u think happened with that spelling of blease becoming bleaze on the marriage record? did it happen alot?
