HI and welcome to rootschat, theres a Mary Ferris born 1910 on this link
in Dublin south, there are many others with the same name for births,
marriages etc but think this is the only one for 1910.
                                                                                  Anne

http://www.rootschat.com/links/082r/

link does'nt go direct to page ,I just entered
name and surname plus dublin,ireland
and it brought up 3 pages of results.
I think the 1910 birth was on the second page
<br />UK Census information is Crown Copyright http://www.nationalarchive

There is a Mary Ferris aged 1 in 1911 Dublin Census

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Dublin/Kingstown_No__4/Killiney_View/98338/

Their address is Killiney View which can be counted as dun laoghaire area.

Her father is Thomas Ferris born Co.Wexford and the mother is Bridget born Co.Longford. They were married around 1895.

Most likely marriage is

Thomas Ferris
Registration District: Rathdown
Date: Jan-Mar 1895
Volume 2 Page 849

Bridget Farrelly
Registration District: Rathdown
Date: Jan-Mar 1895
Volume 2 Page 849

I found a very likely birth for Thomas Ferris

Thomas Feris 12-Nov-1865 Killenagh and Wells, Wexford, Ireland
Parents: John Feris and Sarah Brien

If you look at 1911 Census the first son is John and first daughter is Sarah so possibly going by Irish naming tradition.

In the 1911 Census this Mary (above) had a sister Sarah.

Cant find any other family that fit the criteria.

Also worth keeping in mind that Killney View is in same area as Sarsfield Street. With both of them in parish of Monkstown.
