Hi, Just thought I`d let you all know that if you had a relative who served with the Durham Light Infantry from 1920-46 you should check out this web site

Thank you for the link to this very interesting website. My uncle, John Robert Hardman served with the DLI and was killed in action in Sicily. His photograph is on the website.  The picture I use on Rootschat is one of  John Robert Hardman and his brother Ben (my dad) meeting up in Cairo before John was killed
