I have  a few photo's that might be of interest.Ranging from 1941 Isle of Man onwards.I dont know who took the picture's ,they are worth having a look at.My grandad was asked if he wanted to serve there and took the offer.He served at Peveril Int Camp,i believe  that one was high security compaired to some of the other camps.

I'm even more interested if there are several photos - unofficial WW2 photos especialy if of military installations quite rare as photography was supposedly forbidden - doubly interested as my flat in Peel is within a few hundred yards of where the camp was - it was used from May 1941 to house Fscists + IRA men with a riot there in sept  1941 - also had the escape tunnel
any thing with a Manx Connection
