hi again bornthisway.

LOL you certainly have a few dead ends.
Looks like you're getting some good responses now your query is on the American Board.
Unfortunately I know nothing about American research so I'll wish you good luck and retreat.

Reference 11 and 12. There is a Sam Radford in Police Jury Ward 8, Rapides, Louisiana (1910) with a Delia but I am not sure this is the correct one for you. It doesn't list Idella born 1907.  Delia was Delia Bell - marriage below.
Just thought because of the coincidence in names it was worth a mention.  ???

The Death Record for Harris Martin gives the Birth as 1896 but does not state where and gives the parents as Lawson and Lizzie Martin

http://www.rootschat.com/links/094x/

The Death Record for R B Martin (Robert) Born 1897 - Jackson. Florida. Died 31 Oct Dothan. Alabama.  Gives the parents as Lawson Martin and Lizzie Smith. It also states the parents were born in Florida

The death record for Lawson Martin 26 Oct 1943 says he was 54 years old - born 1889 and married to Hester Martin. Father Allen Martin. So this does'nt quite fit either.  ???
