 :) :)

William appears on 1881 Census, with mother and brother Herbert, at Buckfastleigh, with grandmother,  Elizabeth Jenkins, but there is still no sign of father, despite Dinah stating she is Married ?  Then on the 1891 Census Dinah is shown as Head of Household ??

I  looked for the marriaage of a Dinah Jenkins circa 1864, Devon, but there was nothing.

If you really want to know who William's father was, you'll have to get hold of a copy of his birth certificate I'm afraid.
