Her husband William may have been the William Basterfield 78, buried at Luton on 11 Oct 1846.
These don't look to be your Bedford branch. Stopsley was a hamlet of Luton until 1863

http://apps.bedfordshire.gov.uk/grd/ where in 1818 there's a George Baskerfield from Bedford, age 25, sent on an all expenses paid trip to Australia for 14 years?
There's a member submission on the IGI of a baptism at Campton on 6 June 1813 of Sarah Baskerfield, daughter of George and Martha. Events in Campton post 1812 aren't on the IGI or BVRI. I'd be tempted to check the microfilm to see if there's a marriage and any other baptisms.
