CROUCH family australia 1923 onwards

Hi Im trying to trace my grandads family which has lead me to search Australia.
My grandads nan had a brother Joseph R.L Crouch who was born in Wandsworth(lived in Chatham Kent) and was one of about 10 siblings.His parents were Henry and Francis(Frances) Crouch and when Henry died Joseph was 16 and boarded a ship called the Ormonde from London docklands to Melbourne Victoria,october 1923-nov 1923.I have found the ships list and know he definately arrived but from there I am lost.
This is what i do know,...He was born 1907/1908 wandsworth,16 when he arrived in Australia and became involved in Sheep shearing/cattle,he married an australian girl and they had 2 children,boy and girl although we think one may of died.
Not sure if he stayed in the Melbourne Victoria area?
Please help with any suggestions as i am really new to this an am trying to do this for my grandad.
