Farlow marriage lookup

Can anyone help me find the marriage of William CARTER and Emma GRATELEY? It occurred in Jun qtr. 1866 (Cleobury Mortimer reg. dist.). I would expect that they married at Farlow, Shropshire, because that is where Emma was from, and where their first child was born. If I could just confirm that the marriage occurred at Farlow that would be great.

I am not directly related to William & Emma (so I'm trying to avoid getting the marriage cert), but there was another William born at about the same time in the same place. I am trying to find this William's father's name in the hope that it will clarify who William my ancestor was.
