I am just transcribing the baptism records for a church which covers Burringham for the dates you refer to, unfortunately I can only find the following:
1 Oct 1854 - John Thomas son of William & Martha Taylor
25 Nov 1854 - George son of John & Harriet Taylor
31 Oct 1856 - John Thomas son of John & Harriet Taylor all from Burringham. It also cover East Butterwick but there was nothing on there.
Chapman - Antrim/Liverpool
Harde - Swansea
Lewis - Glamorgan
Eley - Lincolnshire
Guntrip - Acton

Thanks I will take a look at the census. I have a possible census entry for Wm Henry Taylor born Burringham in 1871 age 16 labourer living in Yokefleet which I think is not far from Whitgift where he married Mary Sanderson  (b Reedness) So the 1861 could be mine  but his father is George on his marriage cert.
Anyway thanks to all for helping.
The 1861 census shows an 8 yr old Henry TAYLOR b Burringham, enumerated as son-in-law (=stepson) of a John HARRISON, whose wife is Charlotte. Household is in Frodingham.

Also in the household is a boarder, William TAYLOR, 73, and an unmarried 22 yr old Elizabeth TAYLOR b Burringham.

1861 Ref: RG9/2401/50/5.

Marriage, Jun qtr 1856

Charlotte TAYLOR
John HARRISON

This may be of some help.
http://www.northlincs.gov.uk/AF/an/default.aspx/RenderForm/?F.Name=CSOB4gprlRR

From 1852-55 there are no William Taylors listed. However in 1856 there is an entry for a William Taylor.

I've previously studied the first part of the register numbers:
BR1 (relates to Brigg sub-district)
CR (relates to Crowle sub-district)
EPW (relates to Epworth sub-district)
WINT (relates to Winterton sub-district)
BA1 (relates to Barton upon Humber sub-district)

When I searched for 'William Taylor' in 1856 along with the above districts was OF.6. This relates to Owston Ferry sub-district. So he could have been born on the other side of the Trent.
