Bradford/Burgess Parents?

Hi
I've found my great grandparents names Edward Bradford (b. eastbourne 1848) and Caroline Burgess ( b. hellingly 1849)
1881 census their have two children Bertie Edward and Eliza Elizabeth and live willow walk Eastbourne. Later they have another two Sidney and Caroline .
Trying to go back further and hitting brick walls anybody have some ideas

Caroline appears to be with parents, William and Eliza, and siblings in Hellingly in 1851 HO107/1638 Folio 218 Page 22

and theres an Edward in Eastbourne, age 3, with parents Samuel and Harriott and another 8 children HO107/1637 Folio 172 Page 8

no I don't have any access, if these are the parents thats where my great grandmother got her name Eliza. What are the other childrens names please.

you are on a roll edward as well what are his siblings names Please?

I was wondering why I couldn't find the Bradfords in 1841 census, then came across this on the IGI -

Christening of Lucy Bradford 1838 Parents William Bradford and Sarah Dyer

Its a submitted record and no other details but will check 1841 for William and Sarah now.....
