Have had a few family problems, apologies for not replying to all your information sooner. Was so pleased to have all your various pieces of information. Have already been into some of the censuses, but thanks to Mort it looks as though I may be able to obtain proof of John James Mills birth. My maternal Grandmother was Jane Elizabeth Mills  born in 1882 in Birmingham, but have never been aware of any family with the name Parsons. Don't know if that is any help to Lottie B. Vauxhall still exists as a district, and my family only moved within a few miles either way of there after coming to Brum. Jane's maiden name was Phillips, and as far as I can be sure they originated in the Midlands.  May not be in touch for another couple of weeks, but many thanks.

Hello Jean,

I've just begun to to look at my family tree.
It would appear that we share the same grandmother.
Jane Elizabeth Mills (maiden name Phillips).
It seems that she married two brothers - first William Mills, and when he assumedly died, she then married his older brother, - George Henry, in 1918, after which, she had two further children, - my father James, and a daughter Lilian.
I'd be very interested if you can fill in any blanks, and vice versa.
