The 1871 census a visitor a possible Mother Of Honor also called Honor so possibly we are looking for a marriage of Anthony Watty to Honor Hollow?

A tree on Ancestry has the following youll need to check it out but they have
Anthony Bowden Watty b-1830 Canterbury married Honor Hollow  he died in 1911 age 81 in Wellington,New Zealand.So emigrated.His parents named as Alexander Watty and Mary Kingcome
