From the 1851 Census Tryphenia and Caroline are Grand/Daughters born Jamaica and Jane Maywood a Servant.

I looked for Tryphenia who appears to be the Daughter of Samuel Glanvill a Son of Thomas.

Here is Samuels Birth/ Christening from Familysearch Pilot;

Parents, Thomas GLANVIL and Tryphaena CHANNON

Also FreeREG  has the Burial of Sarah GLANVIlLL, aged 65, Residence Mill St, 05 February 1854, St Mary, Ottery St Mary, Devon
I presume this is Thomas's second Wife who appears on the 1841 Census.
On 1841/1851 the Address of Thomas is Mill Street.
