Hi,

can anyone tell me please where my gr-grandfather was a member of?
He died 1928, living in Kent, I think Higham.

My guess would be that he was a member of a Masonic Lodge.  One of the words is 'Chapter', which is a degree in masonry and I think 'Knights' would also be relevant.  The medals could well be masonic, as could the apron.
