You know you are addicted when you have hit brickwalls in all directions and don't quit, but spend time searching for others on Rootschat!

Help!
The computer I'm on is leaving home in 2 weeks! :'(
What am I going to do? ???
I suppose I'll have to resort to taking long walks in graveyards and visiting local libraries etc, - anything that is free. :-\
Hope it's not too long before we get a replacement or I really will have withdrawal symptoms.
I suppose my other half will be happy though! :-X
Regards, Olly. :(

I had to go without a pc for almost six months! Tried to get one on prescription, the symptoms were so bad!
I even found myself moving my cigerette packet about like it was a mouse!!

I've always promised myself that whilst over here in Cheshire visiting Mum, I would ask someone to take me to all the places I have been wandering through on the 1841-1901 census.  On Sunday we had an unexpected treat when my Nephew took us all out to lunch in a people carrier.  I was sitting chatting away when suddenly I saw a sign.  Aaagh stop!  Screach to a halt.  What? What's wrong.  Nothing...look a sign, we are in Pickmere.  We then went through Toft, Mobberley, Knutsford, Arley, Grt Budworth....I was in paradise, oohing and aaahing.  Everyone thought I had gone potty. But it was the area all my ancestors came from on Dad's side, so now when I am on my census wanders again, I will be able to picture exactly where I am.  Wonderful.
