When i watch the news, TV shows, and see the end credits etc, and I hear peoples surname I think "Oh that is a surname found in Suffolk" or someone with an English accent whose surname is MacCullen I think, he must have Scottish ancestry.

If a crew member is called John Sheldrake I think "that is a Suffolk and Essex surname".

You come home and find your screen saver has been changed to 'THE DEAD!!!' in red on a black background by a rather irate wife.
Burt, Cockrill, Craske, Debenham, Double, Grimwade, Grimwood, Hilder, Mayhew, Ray. All from  West Suffolk around the Bury St. Edmunds area.

My late aunt always swore that the actor Robert Pine (most famous from the TV show "Chips") was a relative. My wife looks at his son Chris in movies and tells me there is a family resemblance. If, and it's a huge if, there is a connection, it's back in Devon in the 1600's. Both family lines came from in and around Exeter.

Or if a TV show crew member on the end credits is called Abraham Isaac Cohen, must be Jewish.
