This I think is her birth registration, but why the change of surname I don't know. Its the right year and area for Westminster.

I was just googling My Grandmother's Mother and came across this post. My Gran was Geraldine's Daughter Florence. I know one of My Grans Brothers died in WW2, another was Uncle Jackie who lived in Bristol and though never talked about assumed died of suicide.

I have only just got my Grans birth certificate from 1911 and at that time Her Mother and Father are
Edwin Charles Hitchens and Geraldine Blanche Claudia Hitchens (Formerly Rayner). They lived at Boases Row in Wherrytown Penzance and Husband was a fruit hawker. Love to know if you got any further with your search.
