I think you will find that part of the address is Annbank Station near Ayr. I found it here:

However I can't see a street on google that would fit in with the first part of the address.

"Leg O' Mutton" sleeves and simple design would probably be homemade; which wouldn't surprise me as this is a small mining community.   ( I wore the same style though short length made by my aunts for years!!!  ;D)

The hair style ie rolled at the front otherwise loose, is very reminiscent of war time styles.  So my guess is somewhere between 1935 and 1945.
