1871 lookup in worthing for george austin

I have found Arthur L W Bescoby attending the Baptism of his cousin (GJN Austin) in South Africa on the 20th December 1916 at St Peters Church Vryheid South Africa. The only passenger I can find with the name Bescoby is a male travelling from Southampton to Cape Townin 1909 which would make Arthur 20 at the time. As there are no records for him in South Africa it would appear he returned home after the Baptism. Is anyone able to check this out for me?

Hi again, hopefully someone possibly on the South African board can locate Arthur LW Bescoby for you, as I am unable to locate a departure to SA or any further info on him?

His sister Florence A Bescoby could be the death in Dec qtr 1961 Worthing 5h 717 b c 1886 died aged 75

Arthur S Bescoby appears to remarry June qtr 1932 Brighton 2b 522 to an Edith M Wood and dies June qtr 1949 Worthing 5h 650 aged 89

Hi again, a public tree, suggests that Arthur Leonard Willoby Bescoby was born 20th June 1891 Essex?? and dies
1966 Brakpan S.A. he married a Sophia Patricia Mullin b 12th October 1896 Mowbray/Cape Town and died 1968 Boksburg  Gauteng SA no parents shown for both?
