WW 2 photo date and info please

This has turned up in a friend's family photo box. They would like to know why it's there so date and location would help.

It is postcard sized and printed on thin paper, but not cut out of a publication. It looks as though it was printed as you see it.

Of course, if I could read the what looks like Janapese writing on the back all may be revealed.

I think this is one of those leaflets dropped by the RAF to tell the Japanese of the surrender in 1945.
