Can anypne help identify this leaflet?

Jim1 has suggested that it is leaflet informing the Japanese of ther surrender and may be from Burma.

Hi Rog,
I cannot assist with a translation but the circumstances stack up.
The IWM photo collection has a series of this occasion, at Mingaladon airfield, Rangoon.
The aircraft is a Mitsubishi Ki-57 pained white with green crosses, the required "safe" paint scheme for Japanese aircraft being used for surrender purposes.
