:) I was born and brought up in northwood, living in jervis street. I remember all of the pubs in northwood including the mistletoe in cardwell street. The pub was situated on the right hand side as you went down cardwell street and my friend lived about 5 doors from the pub at number 36.

Dear Sophie. I just stumbled across your old thread after I was searching for the Mistletoe pub. Did you ever find a photo? If so, any chance I could see it, please? My father lived immediately behind it in the late 40s on Birch Street. Thank you.

The Mistletoe Inn in Victoria Street, Stoke on Trent was around in 1939 as it is on the 1939 Register.  You can do a street search on the 1939 Register.

Thomas Roberts was running this pub in 1911.

I looked at the original image and it actually mentions the Mistletoe Inn at the bottom of the page in the address section.

You could try contacting the Stoke on Trent City Archives to see if they have any photos of pubs
