That's amazing, thank you!  I'm going to have to write this all down to work them out!!

So Agnes is living with an employer and Jesse, presumably homeless , but a warehouse manager so employed, is with his widowed mother and 8 siblings.  In 1891 Jesse and Agnes would have had children, Philip and Ethel who were living with Agnes's mother Catherine in Weston Underwood - they may have just been staying with her, I suppose!

Lots to record, thanks so much to you all.
Kate.

Toni,
Philip Nathaniel, Miriam and Ruth were the names of the younger children of Philip and Ann so siblings of Jesse, is that right?

Glad the info was all useful

Yes the four who were baptized together as shown on the 1891 census are siblings of Jesse :) :)

Have fun sorting it all out

I do love finding out as much as I can about people, so I've had a look at where they lived on Google maps, street view and the family lived in several very nice looking houses in Kilburn Park Road.  Who knows why Agnes was living as a servant in 1891 when in 1892 she, Jesse and family lived in a very smart house of their own.  Sadly I now know that she was widowed in 1895, so I don't know what happened to her after that.

So, thanks all.

In 1901 she was living at 106 Kilburn Park Road with daughters Ethel (15) and Winifred (9)

Agnes was working as a needlewoman

Thanks for finding that.  I wonder if having been widowed, she thougth the boys would have a better life in the countryside with their grandmother.
Just a point of interest is that many of Agnes's female relatives in Weston Underwood were Lacemakers so I suppose she may have been as well.
My grandmother, their cousin, was born in 1906.  She did not know about her aunt Agnes, so I wonder if she knew about her cousins, as they lived with her granny?   ???  Another thing I will never know because we don't talk about the past enough with our older relatives.  She only died 2 years ago aged 101!!
