A little tip if you use Rootschat for help, give as much information as you already know, it helps not to go over old ground as it were and if you have any family badger them for information as well

Pretty certain my mum and aunt used to use this to find their relatives and now that Ive taken the mantle I thought Id abuse use all channels.
