Hi Raylen
Thank you so much for these links- the summary of headstones is brilliant. FOund a few in there though that I am not sure who they belong to??

Did Luke and Janet have sons called Jack born 1924 and Angus Michael born 1915?

Thanks again- off to keep looking through the PDF!

Hi Logan and Raylen
Thanks heaps for that summary and the links- i think I almost have it all now!

One question- Logan you added:
1,Hart MCGILLIVRAY married Herbert Eccleston PARKER, Geelong,1908 (bdm reg no. 4009)
Births (aniph's post)
Hy Jno 1909 at Lal Lal (#20527)
William born at Lal Lal (#21341) added.Elsie Mary born at Lal Lal in 1912 (#21800) added.

When was William Born? what year please?

And were Luke and Matthew Goggin brothers??
I am assuming they were, but would be good to confirm!

So it seems the only siblings that did not have children were Angus and Irene Dugdale (date too modern to check I assume?), and John and Annie Laird- who married in 1916. Has anyone seen deaths for any of these 4?

Raylen- the burials you sent the link for mention on a headstone 2 other brothers (children of CHarles and Emma)- edward and Alexander....any sign of their births or can I assume they must have been after 1920??

Thanks again everyone for all this wonderful help!!

It looks as if Matthew and Luke were brothers according to his death notice.

http://newspapers.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/home
The Argus Friday 4th May 1917 page 1
GOGGIN - Officially reported killed in France, Private M.L. Goggin, dearly loved son
of late John and Elizabeth Goggin, of Kirkstall; husband of E. Goggin, Lethbridge;
and brother of Jean, Mrs O'MULLANE, Mrs CARROLL, Robert, Luke, James; aged 39 years.
Rest in Peace.

From the AIF project -
Lawrence Matthew (given names reversed) GOGGIN Regimental number 2034
http://www.aif.adfa.edu.au:8080/showPerson?pid=113190

This leads to here and search with GOGGIN, 2034 (his regimental number), Between 1914 to 1919 you will be able to
see his service papers.
http://www.naa.gov.au/collection/recordsearch/index.aspx

So if Matthew's parents were
John GOGGIN and Elizabeth OBRIEN
GOGGIN family
Births for the above parents
Luke , birth place Killarney 1866 (#5248)
Catherine Annie, birth place St. Helens 1868 (#27324)

Kylie,
http://www.naa.gov.au/collection/recordsearch/index.aspx
has some service records for
EDWARD PARKER MCGILLIVRAY
gives birth date as 25/2/1920 Lal Lal
Father- Charles living at Lethbridge

ALEXANDER HAYWOOD MCGILLIVRAY
gives birth date as 19/11/1920 Lethbridge
Father - Charles living at Lethbridge

No birth records for these two  :-\

Very clever- thanks Raylen.
I have just been checking out the NAA service records and found a few more I think might be mine- can anyone find any sign of these amongst marriages or deaths please??

Wallace McGillivray born  16 Dec 1923 Letihbridge, NOK father William McGillivray

Angust Andrew McGillivray born  19 May 1926 Lethbridge NOK father Neil McGillivray

And Edward Parker McGillivray has 2 listings, one with his father Charles as next of kin, then another with wife Emma McGillivray listed- so married Emma someone..

THanks again for all the help!
