The children of Thomas WALLAGE & Jane PARKER  are -
Thomas - chr. Whitton 29 Dec 1762, buried Westerfield 20 May 1814, aged 51.
Patience - chr. Whitton 1 Apr 1764, buried Whitton 14 Apr 1764
Patience - chr. Whitton 23 Mar 1766, buried Whitton 6 Apr 1766
Mary - chr. Whitton 14 June 1767
William - chr. Whitton 12 Nov 1769
Ann - chr. Whitton 24 May 1772, died 31 Jan 1853 in Winston
John - chr. Westerfield 25 June 1775, buried Westerfield 9 June 1776
John - chr. Westerfield 29 Sept 1776
Steven - chr. Westerfield 17 Sept 1778, buried Westerfield 25 Nov 1781
Mary - chr. Westerfield 21 Apr 1782, buried Westerfield 6 Apr 1783.

Also the burials of the parents -
Westerfield - 13 June 1784 - Jane, wife of Thomas Wallage
Westerfield - 22 Jan 1806 - Thomas Wolledge, aged 78 years.

Yes, now to search for the birth of Benjamin DANIELS born c.1766, but where? We know he raised his family in Winston where he died in 1811, but he was not christened in that parish.

Also, we now we need to find Thomas WALLAGE (plus variations!) and Jane PARKER!!
One answer raises so many more questions!

I have no idea where to start looking for Benjamin, with Ann the 1851 census does say Witton so that was the obvious place to start but with Benjamin we have no starting point, as you say more questions than answers.

This needs to be checked but on the IGI there is a marriage between Jane Parker and James Wallage at Westerfield on 4 October 1761, this doesn't add up though or am I missing something.

If there are no candidates to be eliminated in Suffolk, how about Norfolk?

Several children of Benjamin and Mary Dani(e)l(s) were baptized just over the county border in Brockdish, including Benjamin Daniels on 29 Aug. 1767 (FamilySearch.org image 4 of 41).

Benjamin Daniel of Brockdish married Mary Livock or Lovock at Newton Flotman, Norfolk, on 21 May 1766 (FS ATs image 7 of 68) under an NCC marriage licence. The microfilmed images of the bond (186: 389 of 800) and allegation (390 of 800) are rather fuzzy but the bridegroom appears to have been a fellmonger and his fellow bondsman, Philip Lovock of Newton Flotman, a farmer.

Thanks David, that is an area I will look into as I think I have exhausted all options in Suffolk.

Edit - I'm not sure this is my Benjamin as a Benjamin Daniels married at Brockdish in 1794 while mine married in Westerfield in 1792 !
