Possibly contact these folks:
http://www.lewishamchildren.org.uk/
or
http://www.lewisham.gov.uk/LeisureAndCulture/LocalHistoryAndHeritage/LocalHistoryAndArchivesCentre/

They may not hold the records but they are likely to know where you should look.

Thank you Jorose, good leads. Have emailed to see if they can help.

I'll post the outcome here for future researchers.

I have postcards from around 1909 which were sent to my grandmother who at that time resided at this Boys Home.  She would have been around 21 years old at that time, so it could be that she was in service there.

Hi there - I have a very good quality silver plated tray engraved as presented to "MRS DUNN, with thanks from the Staff and Boys of ASBO".  There is no date on it. Mrs Dunn is, I think a way back relative of my family hence the tray arrived many years ago as a legacy. I think the ASBO stands for All Saints Boys Orphanage and in doing some research I came across your enquiry in Rootschat. I wonder if you had any luck in finding out any details about the orphanage or who might have the records?
Thanks if you can help,
Regards Tonydo
