Wreck of "The Belt" Holyhead

I am trying to find out if anyone knows if the crew of the Belt were saved
or if they perished when the schooner was wrecked off the breakwater on 8th October 1889.
I know my ancester Thomas Savage was aboard in 1881 and I am trying to ascertain if he was also part of the crew this fateful day. 
Any help, most appreciated.

Have you looked for him on later censuses - there is no death reg in Anglesey

I cannot see him on subsequent census material, but have only done a cursary search as Thomas was born and lived in Killough County Down
Ireland. Cannot find him on 1901 census Ireland either.
