I'm interested in finding some info on McPhillips's from Clones, born in the 1900's - 1940's who would've likely have moved to either Scotland or England.
Is this a good place to begin looking?

I have access to a record that informs me that there was a Hugh McPhillips born in Clones on 10th December 1867- Son of Owen McPhillipsn and Sarah McGorman. - they lived at Cara Street in Clones.

Born 10th November 1867.
