Hi, I believe it might be at this location on Google maps:

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&q=LA5+0DW&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=Carnforth+LA5+0DW,+United+Kingdom&gl=uk&ei=vxa3TIKrGqeJ4AaBw8SsCQ&ved=0CBYQ8gEwAA&z=16

I didn't think it was Penrith way, Arnside is in between Kendal and Lancaster overlooking Morecambe Bay.

There's also details of some sort of planning application here, with documents including the existing layout:

Hi Mary
I came across an old post by you about Croft House Arnside. I am hoping you might email me a copy of the Photo. The Mrs Rigg of Croft House Arnside  referred to in the Photo  is the wife of my second cousin 4 times removed Issac Rigg. Both Mrs Rigg(Isabella) and her husband Isaac Rigg a Blacksmith by trade lived there prior to the 1891 census until their deaths in 1933 and 1927 respectively. They had only one child.
I do hope you can allow me to see the photo
regards
Marion( Melbourne Australia)

Unfortunately, the OP has not logged in to rootschat since 2011 and their emails are not working so they are unlikely to see that this house has been found. :(
