Seeking any family information on Scivier, Sivier, Sevier, Siver, Sevyer etc of Hursley, Romsey and North Stoneham in Hampshire.

Particularly interested in the family of William Scivier/Sivier c1764 and his wife Mary Rodgers c1766 married in Romsey in July, 1787 - children found so far are Elizabeth 1788 Romsey, William 1790 Romsey, Mary 1793 Hursley, Ann 1796 Hursley, John 1799 Hursley and Hannah 1802 Hursley.
 
Other first names include - Arthur, Robert, Thomas, Joseph, George and Jane (single name of Scivier, Sivier, Sevier, Siver, Sevyer etc)

I wonder if Arthur got his name from his mother's surname and he was the son of William & Ann.  However, I can't find any suitable baptisms at the moment.  Possibly over the border in Wiltshire?
